• 12 hours of on ice instruction from our high level staff
• Off ice coaching in the form of chalk talks and video review sessions
• Camp Banquet on Saturday Evening

Players will focus on proper technique and developing a strong foundation including knee bend, a full-length stride, and a full return. We start with a focus on skating slowly and correctly, then slowly, correctly, and powerfully. This can take many years to learn and master. All hockey players, regardless of skill level, need a solid foundation on skating technique, balance, and explosiveness, all of which are covered in the fundamental class.

Recommended for all ages 7+ who want to improve their fundamental skating skills, those new to Laura Stamm Power Skating, are skaters up to age 13 playing house-level hockey, or are adult novice league skaters.

August 11-15

This 6-week (30 min/week) program is FREE and includes FREE gear! Following the program, participants may keep the gear if they enroll into the following Learn To Play Hockey program.Participant will need to come to an equipment fitting prior to the program to receive the gear.

Admission $10 |signed waiver required | helmet, skates & stick required | no goalies | 18+, 14+ with signed parent waiver
